1. About ProPersona

ProPersona is an iOS app that uses AI to help you build your career narrative, practise interview answers, and analyse job fit. By creating an account and using the app, you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

• You must be 13 or older to use ProPersona.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You may only have one account per person.
• We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

3. Subscription and billing

ProPersona offers a free tier and a Pro subscription.

Pro subscription

• Billed monthly at the price shown at the time of purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription automatically renews each month unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be made through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Free tier

The free tier includes a limited number of messages and voice sessions per day. Limits may change; we will communicate any changes in advance.

4. Your content

You own the career data, CV, answers, and other content you put into ProPersona. By using the app, you give us a limited licence to store and process that content solely to provide the service to you.

• Do not upload content that belongs to someone else without permission.
• Do not use the app for any unlawful purpose.
• We do not use your content to train general AI models.

5. AI-generated content

ProPersona uses AI to generate coaching responses and career narratives. AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing anything generated before using it in real job applications or interviews. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI output.

6. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer or tamper with the app.
• Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the service.
• Share your account with others.
• Use the app to harass, deceive, or harm others.

7. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, pause, or discontinue features at any time. We will give reasonable notice for significant changes.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

ProPersona is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee job outcomes, interview success, or career results from using the app.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dastrix's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of ProPersona is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you via the app or email before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
